Step 4: Complete Orientation
Our Orientation involves: 1) Setting up your company accounts, passwords, and payroll, 2) Signing your Employment Agreement, 3) and Obtaining Your 📑🎓"Need to Know" Certification and🚚🎓 "Bright Trucking Road Test" Certification.
The Bright Trucking Learning Center training modules are completely online🖥️. They can be completed self-paced🧑🏾🎓, or in a classroom🚌 setting. Self-paced learning requires a 90% score submission on quizzes🧾 assigned to each section. BYOF Independent Contractor's are only responsible for sections on 1) Safety, 2) Day-to-Day Opertions (Outside Your Tractor), and 3) the "Need to Know" Certification, as the other sections do not apply to BYOF ICs. The Bright Trucking Road Test is an in-person test. The test generally takes about 2 hrs, It's simple. It's a rundown of each task you might complete during a typical workday. We verify you can do the job, and you're in!👋🏾
