Load Strategy and Booking

  •  Identify and Secure profitable freight

  •  Analyze Lanes, rates, and execution risk

  • Maintain Consistent weekly revenue per targets per truck

Driver Management​​

  • ​Dispatch Drivers with clear instructions and expectations

  • Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and compliance

  • Maintain constant communication throughout load

Execution Control

  • Track trucks in real-time using GPS and ELD systems

  • Proactively manage delays, reschedules, issues

  • Ensure on-time pickup (OTP) and on-time delivery (OTD) standars

Customer & Broker Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with brokers, warehouses, and receivers

  • Handle check calls, appointment changes, and escalations

  • Protect the compan's position in disputes an claims

Documentation and Systems

  • Ensure all rate confirmations, BOLs, and load details are accurate

  • Utilize TMS systems to maintain visibility and organization

  • Execute standardized processes for every load

Performance Expectations

Fleet Managers are measured on execution and profitability, not activity⬇️

  • Weekly Revenue per truck

  • On-Time Pickup & Delivery (OTP/OTD)

  • Load Efficiencey & Deadhead Control
