Cyberattack Security Breach (Nov 6, 2025)

Important Security Notice

On November 6, 2025, our company detected and blocked an attempted cyberattack involving a fraudulent website impersonating a trusted provider. The attackers briefly gained access to a single user email account, which they then used to send unauthorized messages to limited contacts outside our organization.

The incident was immediately contained.

As soon as the suspicious activity was identified, we took swift action to secure our systems and protect our customers. Our response included:

  • Conducting full security scans on all affected devices

  • Resetting and strengthening passwords across all company accounts

  • Enforcing enhanced multi-factor authentication company-wide

  • Blocking all malicious domains associated with the attack

We have strong reason to believe the domain trybond.com was used to facilitate the impersonation. This domain and its operators have been reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and we are working with law enforcement to identify the source of the attack. At this time, there is no indication of any broader system intrusion or unauthorized access to company data, and operations remain fully secure. We sincerely appreciate the trust our customers place in us. We are pursuing this matter aggressively and will provide direct updates to any individuals or organizations affected. Your security remains our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of protection across all of our systems. If you received an unexpected or suspicious email purporting to be from our company on or after November 6, 2025, please contact us so we can verify and assist.

Thank you for your understanding and continued confidence in us.
