Step 2: Fill Out an Application

You'll want to make sure you fill out the application completely and fully, signing (in your own handwriting) all requested signatures and providing all requested documentation. The application collects all signatures digitally guiding you to necessary signature fields and allows the upload of all the documents we need and are required to collect to check your Consumer Reports. Access to your Consumer Reports allows us to determine if we can offer you a position and at what pay scale.
