Step 3: Complete Final Qualification

This One Expectation Goes Both Ways

There is one principle behind a lot of how we operate: If you say you're going to do something, do it; if something changes, communicate. We expect that from the people who work with us. You should expect the same thing from us. Things do change. Trucks break down. Loads change. Markets change. People make mistakes. Plans don't always work exactly the way they were supposed to. The expectation isn't perfection. The expectation is responsibility and communication.

The third stage completes any remaining qualification requirements, including required screening, compliance verification, documentation, or other clearance necessary before moving forward. Once those requirements are completed and approved, we proceed to orientation.
