This Is Where Alignment Becomes a Working Relationship
You don't need to think like us or have the same personality as us; you DO need to understand how the network operates. Bright Trucking is designed to allow drivers to maintain their independence while working within a clear operating structure. That means learning the systems, understanding the expectations, communicating when something changes, taking responsibility for your work, and using the opportunity to accomplish whatever brought you here in the first place.

Before you're released to service, you'll be introduced to the materials and operating structure that support how the Bright Trucking network works.
The Company Driver/WE Book (OR) BYOF Reference Guide
The Company Driver OR Independent Contractor Reference Guide, depending on your path, is one of the primary resources you'll use during training and after release to service. It explains the systems, communication flow, expectations, and day-to-day responsibilities associated with your particular model.

We'll give you the operating framework.
Your responsibility is to learn it, use it, communicate through it, protect the equipment entrusted to you, and carry out your responsibilities without needing constant supervision. The structure was designed to support you—we understand and relate to those who value independence.
