What Are You Trying to Accomplish?

This is one of the first things I want to know. Maybe you're taking care of your family or your home. Maybe you're working toward a financial goal. Maybe there's something personal you're trying to accomplish. When I got into trucking I had a goal too. I wasn't looking for somebody to carry me. I was looking for an opportunity—and for somebody willing to meet me halfway. That's the kind of relationship I'm trying to create.

What I'm Looking For

You don't have to think like me or have the same personality as me. I'm looking for people who are reliable, serious about their responsibilities, comfortable working independently, willing to communicate, and motivated by something they genuinely want to accomplish. Whether you're a Company Driver or Independent Contractor, you'll be working within an established operating structure. We'll provide the equipment, systems, expectations, training, and support. We're looking for someone who can learn that structure and then operate independently within it. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
